First of all, allow me to ‘Thank You’ for being such a loyal
and consistent customer to DePAW University, Canine Campus over the years. Your
satisfaction is very important to us and we hope we have been successful in
providing you with excellent customer
service and products because we sure do try.
These notices are never easy to announce, but unfortunately
they are sometimes necessary. Due to increases in expenses, such as rent,
equipment, retaining a higher level of educated and trained staff, and adding
more services for you we need to raise our
prices. The increase will take effect April 15, 2015.
Services will increase between $1.00 to $3.00, majority being a $2.00 increase
(exception: training).
Our first aim is to please our customers. And these
increases will help us serve you better. We are confident that you will still
find these new prices to be quite reasonable and competitive. This was not
taken lightly on our part and much of the pricing hasn’t
increased since 2011.
We are always working on ways to create and improve. So,
please feel free to send us a confidential note to info@depawk9campus.com on
suggestions and ideas for a new
services, suggestions, and polite constructive criticism or
feel free to drop a handwritten note in the glass bowl by the front door. We
look forward to continuing to serve you and your family pets!
